We do not charge of extra supplies such as tape, moving blankets, or shrink wrap on the during the day of your move. You simply fill out this quick form to give us an idea of your current space. One of our representatives will conduct a site visit to determine the amount of boxes you will need and other packing materials. After our assessment, we will email you a detailed itinerary and packing supplies list for your review. Then we will email you back with our estimated duration and cost for the move.

Who is moving will make a difference to the services provided. Whether you are a Young Professional, Growing Family, Family Down Sizing, or Parents/Grandparents moving to a Seniors Home we are here for you.
Consider what you’re moving. Do you have any fragiles, antiques, a piano, guns, a safe, or overweight items? Do have any items that require disassembly and packing or awk-wardly shaped items like a large over hanging lamp?
The date and time of your move is very important. Be sure to leave a sufficient amount of time between your closing and possession date. If you have the flexibility, try to move in the middle of the month or weekdays. Remember to book elevators well in advance to prevent double bookings or reservation conflicts.
The location of your new home is only one part of your move. The loading zones, parking permits, storage location, access to your home, the distance between each site and multiple locations are things you should consider.
How we assess your move comes from our initial inquiry form found on our website. From there, we schedule a site visit to look at your loading zone, what pieces that require disassembly or extra care. After the site visit, we will send a quote for you to review. When the quote is accepted you will review our Service Agreement which covers the Terms of Agreement and the payment of your Deposit.

Two Movers are usually for bachelor suites to one bedrooms spaces. The building space usually has no elevator. Some clients choose two movers for internal moves or when they need movers to pack a POD going into storage or across province or country.
Three movers are for spaces larger than an one bedroom to two bedroom plus den/storage. All elevator apartment/condo/townhouses moves will require three movers. One remaining with the truck to load/unload and supervises possessions on the truck and loading zone, one working the elevator, and one loading/unloading the house.
Four movers are for larger three bedroom plus den and garage/storage space or houses This rate includes three movers, moving truck, gas and mileage as the hourly rate. *If your quote is over 10 hours we will be required to add another mover.
Five to six movers are for full family homes with additional storage such as a full garage or off site storage units. Moves with four movers that are budgeted over 10 hours will require five movers to ensure the move duration does not go too long. *If your quote is over 10 hours we will be required to add another mover.
Depending on the size of your home or the items that need to be transported you may require an addition truck. If we require to rent an additional truck for your move the additional hourly cost may vary. The hourly cost includes gas and mileage for either a three or five ton truck. Types of trucks: 3 ton and 5 ton.
Moving Pianos ⯆
Most upright piano moves require three-four movers depending on its size, weight, and location in the home. Grand pianos may require more than four movers.

We specialize in Content Management. We can catalog all of your items if required and at the end of the project we can send you a file with all of your items listed.

Don't have time to assemble or disassemble your furniture during your move? Just let us know your site visit! Our team always carries a standard set of tools, if your piece of furniture requires a special tool just let us know beforehand.
During your site visit, our representative will assess larger or fragile pieces of furniture to ensure its safe transportation. Pieces that are older or very fragile may not service the move if disassembled. If that is the case, our team will provide you with alternative solution.
Please note this is an add on service as part of your move or packing service.
Sometimes moves don't line up the way we want it and need a place to store our items. Kleiner Services can provide you with storage solutions at our small storage facility*.
